Sewage Treatment Plant Facilities Consultation
Resident Consultation
Consultation period has now ended
We provide sewage treatment plant and related services to over
500 households throughout Dorset. These are generally in
areas that are not served by mains drainage facilities. It
is important that these facilities are well maintained to
ensure a continuous service to residents and to protect the
environment.
We are currently arranging to invite tenders from suitable
organisations to provide a management and maintenance service for
these facilities.
All residents who receive this service have consulted on the
proposed works and we would like to thank those who
responded. Their comments will be taken into consideration in
drawing up the final specification of work and services.
The consultation period ended on Wednesday 21st January
2010.
Following this consultation the specification of work and
services will be finalised and companies will be invited to tender
for the work.
