Facilities at the scheme
There is a lift for easy access. The scheme
has its own communal lounge for social functions. A Guest Room for
residents’ visitors can be provided and there is a laundry room
facility.
Garden
There is a communal garden area for residents’
use. Residents and Liaison Officers have no responsibility to do
the gardening. The Association employs ground maintenance
contractors to keep communal gardens tidy.
