Vale Terrace has its own communal lounge for
social functions. A Guest Room and Laundry Room facility is
available.
Garden
There is a communal garden area for residents’
use. Residents and Liaison Officer have no responsibility to do the
gardening. Grounds Maintenance contractors are employed to keep the
