Dellsmead consists of eight flats located near the centre of the
village of Tarrant Rushton. There are no shops in the village.
However Blandford Forum town centre is only 4 miles away.
There is no residential staff but the scheme is connected to the
Control Centre at all times.
Facilities at the scheme
There are no communal facilities at the scheme. However
residents may join in a variety of functions which take place at
other schemes in the area.
Garden
There is a communal garden area for residents' use. Residents
and Liaison Officers have no responsibility to do the gardening.
The Association employs ground maintenance contractors to keep
communal gardens tidy.
