Facilities at the scheme
There is a lift for easy access. Residents
have the use of a communal lounge for social functions and free use
of the Laundry Room.
A Guest Room is available to residents’
visitors, there is a charge for the use of it and can be booked by
the duty staff.
Garden
There is a communal garden area for residents'
use. Residents and Scheme Managers have no responsibility to do the
gardening. The Association employs ground maintenance contractors
to keep communal gardens tidy.
