New news item. Tracey Peters and Ian Keys have been
appointed to the Chair positions of two Spectrum Housing Group
subsidiaries – Signpost Care Partnerships and Signpost Housing
Association (respectively).
Tracey is currently Interim HR
Director for Dorset County Hospital Foundation Trust and in this
role leads on the development of improved Board effectiveness
focussing on the role of the Non Executives and interaction with
Executives. Tracey has previously held both Executive and non
Executive Director positions in a number of different types and
styles of organisation.
Ian is currently one of the founding
partners and the present Managing Partner for Gradus Consulting
Limited which is based in Shepton Mallet providing consultancy
services to the public sector. Ian's previous positions include
board level roles with Pinnacle (provider of outsourced social
housing management services) co-Chair of the CBI / Local Government
Association Group on economic development, Chair of the CBI / DTI
Group on the Discrimination Law Review and Chair of the Business
Services Association Local Government Group.

As Chairs, both Tracey and Ian will be the subsidiary nominees
to the Group Board.
