As you may be aware, each year the association
is required to provide you with information that compares Signpost
Housing Association (SHA) rents with those charged by other
Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) providing similar homes in each
local authority area.
The document below has been produced to show our Residents and
Stakeholders how the rent we charge compares with other RSLs.
