Signpost Boards
The role of the Boards is to oversee the Association’s
activities and ensure the effective management of services. The
Boards meet ten times a year and discuss items such as performance,
risk, financial viability, continuous improvement, governance and
topical issues of the time.
Spectrum Housing Group Board
Spectrum Housing Group Board is responsible for the overall
strategy and direction of the business and is made up of
independent members and representatives of each subsidiary. The
Boards of our subsidiaries work to their own operational plans
agreed with the Group Board and have direct responsibility for all
service delivery to tenants and residents in the areas they
cover.
