The Association compares its performance with other housing
associations. This helps us identify excellent service and provides
us with opportunities to share good practice and improve
service.
HouseMark
The Association is a member of ‘HouseMark’.
HouseMark is an organisation which brings together lots of housing
associations enabling them to share performance information in a
similar way.
Signpost submits performance information to
HouseMark regularly.
HouseMark generate reports comparing
Signpost’s performance with similar organisations and publishes
these reports on the HouseMark
website.
