Paying your rent
What your payment covers and how to pay it
The rent you pay to Signpost helps to finance the following;
- The housing service
- The maintenance service
- The improvement programme including replacement kitchens and
bathrooms.
- The loans we take out to build affordable homes such as the one
you live in.
You may also pay a service charge. This charge goes
directly to pay for certain services that you receive such as
cleaning and gardening.
- If you only pay a service charge this will be due calendar
monthly in advance.
- If you only pay Tenants Household Contents Insurance this
should also be paid monthly in advance.
