LAVINGTON HOUSE, BLANDFORD FORUM

Lavington House was built in 1987 and consists of 32 flats situated about half a mile from Blandford Forum's Town Centre, which has several shops and other local facilities. There is a convenience store opposite the scheme and there is a good bus service from outside Lavington House into the town centre.

FACILITIES AT THE SCHEME
There is a Communal Lounge for social functions and the Scheme has its own Social Club.
There is a Guest Room for tenants' visitors. The Association makes a charge per person per night. Bookings and payments are made via the Support Liaison Officers.
There is a Laundry Room facility which is free for tenants of Lavington House.

GARDEN
There is a communal garden area for tenants' use. Tenants and Support Liaison Officers have no responsibility to do the gardening. The Association employs ground maintenance contractors to keep communal gardens tidy.
