In an emergency leave the area immediately and call the National Grid call centre on 0800 111 999

Do not

• turn lights on or off
• switch on or unplug any electrical appliances
• smoke or use lighters, matches or other open flames
• use telephones in the area
• remain in the building
• operate vehicles or machinery
• attempt to locate the gas leak
