Bishops Court is situated in the centre of
Newton Ferrers with outstanding views of the Yealm estuary. It
consists of 25 one and two bedroom flats with a mixture of
tenancies including rented, and privately owned.
The centre of the development was originally
the primary school for the village and much care has been taken to
protect the original exterior. The development itself is on
three split levels to ensure it blends in well with the existing
