Station Court was built in 1977 and consists
of 29 flats. The scheme is situated near to Blandford Forum's
Town Centre, which has several shops and other local
facilities.
Facilities at the scheme
There is a Communal Lounge for social
functions. It also has a Guest Room for residents' visitors. The
Association makes a charge per person per night. Bookings and
payments are made via the Liaison Officer.

residents of Station Court.
Garden
There is a communal garden area for residents'
use. Residents and Liaison Officers have no responsibility to do
the gardening. The Association employs ground maintenance
contractors to keep communal gardens tidy.
