tenancy you have, as it can have a big impact on your rights.
Housing Associations that are registered with the Tenant Services
Authority have to provide a written tenancy agreement for all new
tenants. It states clearly what kind of tenancy you have and
explains your rights and responsibilities. We can't normally make
changes to your tenancy agreement without your written consent.
