Satisfaction Survey

The Planned Maintenance Team at Signpost House has instituted a Quarterly Draw with a
£100 cash prize for all tenants who return a completed Satisfaction Survey Form. This is one Quarterly Draw across all the Planned Maintenance programes what are currently on the go at the moment, these include:

• Heating Systems
• Doors
• External Decorations
• Kitchens & Bathrooms

The first draw will be at the end of September. If you have already returned your form then you have automatically been entered into the draw, and those of you how have not yet completed one will be sent a letter soon with another form inviting you to take part.
