Reporting a Repair

If you have an emergency repair, you must call:

0800 977 5737 between 8.30am - 5.00pm
0845 600 3574 between 5.00pm - 8.30am

Please use the emergency number for genuine emergencies only, such as

• Total lack of heating/hot water
• Major water bursts
• Defective electrics

Signpost has an appointments system for repairs. When you report a repair where Signpost staff will need access to your property you will be offered an appointment time slot. Where repair work needs to be carried out thish does not require access i.e. outside of your home we will let you know the timescale during thish you can expect that the repair will be carried out. The appointment slots and timescales for repairs are shown below. when you contact Signpost you will be told wheather your repair is:

• An emergency repair - work will be carried out within 24 hours
• An appointed repair - the work will be carried out between 2 and 31 calendar days depending on the urgency of the repair and on a date and at a time period that is agreed with yourself. The time periods offered will be:
• All day
• Morning
• Afternoon
• Aviod school run
• A routine repair - work will be carried out within 31 calendar days
