Operations Department

The Association provides homes for a variety of people including:

• single people
• couples
• single parents
• families
• older people (sheltered housing)
• people with physical and mental disabilities
• other people with specialised needs

All Tenants have their own appointed Housing Officer who you should contact if you have any queries regarding any aspect of your tenancy. Housing Officers are located in various offices dependent on where you live, or based from home to give a local and responsive service.

We aim to provide a comprehensive and responsive service to all our customers and by regularly reviewing our policies and procedures whilst incorporating your views, strive to continually improve.

We have offices in Blandford Forum, Sturminster Newton, Plymouth and Exeter.
