Operations Department

The Operations Department has the responsibility for effectively co-ordinating the day to day management of the Association's properties. This includes tasks such as:

  • letting accommodation
  • carrying out, inspecting and ordering routine repairs to properties
  • planning major improvements and upgrades to properties
  • rent control
  • general tenancy management ie nuisance management
  • tenant participation
  • providing housing information and advice
  • liaising with other bodies to provide services for Tenants
  • customer service
  • complaints and appeals
  • Mutual Exchanges
  • Best Value
