Operations Department
The Operations Department has the responsibility for effectively
co-ordinating the day to day management of the Association's properties.
This includes tasks such as:
- letting accommodation
- carrying out, inspecting and ordering routine repairs to properties
- planning major improvements and upgrades to properties
- rent control
- general tenancy management ie nuisance management
- tenant participation
- providing housing information and advice
- liaising with other bodies to provide services for Tenants
- customer service
- complaints and appeals
