Divisional Direct - Asset Management

Chris is responsible for all aspects for the repairs and maintenance service and managing Signpost Assets. This included the management of Signpost Directs day to day repair and voids services, planned maintenance and improvement programmes and for making sure that all of Signpost's homes are maintained to the highest standards.
