E mail group
An email will be sent once every fortnight containing useful information about Signpost and the latest housing news. Stay informed from the comfort of your own home, access a range of interesting and informative websites and send us your comments and views.

Joining / Forming a Residents Association
Be involved with your local community and meet with neighbours. Discuss issues and manage a small budget. Full support and training will be given by SHA and existing members of established groups.
Open Representation
Represent the views of residents who live in your area.
Residents Forum/ South West Panel
By becoming a member of a resident association or an Open Representative, you can have your say on the Residents Forum in Dorset or the South West Panel in Devon.
Become a Neighbourhood Representative
Take control of your environment and monitor our performance.
Help out in The Resource Centre
Volunteers are always welcome to help out at the Resource Centre at Signpost House in Blandford. Full training is given by other residents, and staff are at hand to give support
Signpost 101
Take part in individual interviews conducted twice a year in your home or over the phone. Questions relate to service areas and your opinion of us as a Landlord.
Interest Groups
Meet with other residents to have a say about service areas – e.g. sheltered housing, planned and response repairs.
