You can apply for Sheltered Housing with Signpost Housing Association Ltd if you:

a) are 55 years of age or over
or
b) have a physical or other disability
or
c) have a need for support as assessed by Social Care and Health

and
i) require and agree to accept at least the minimum level of service offered within that scheme (please see page 2).

and

ii) The level of support required is not greater than that which can be offered and sustained within the scheme. And the level of this support would not seriously undermine the Association's ability to support other residents within the scheme.

and

iii) agree to have a Support Plan and undergo periodic reviews of this plan at least annually.
