Aims and Objectives

1. To provide a safe and secure environment for people to live independently by providing a team of staff trained to identify and reduce elements of risk.

2. To offer choice and flexibility to tenants in the services they receive.

3. To establish social networks through facilitation of leisure activities and educational services.

4. To promote fair access and diversity in all aspects of the service provide by the Association and its staff.

5. To ensure that tenants remain at the heart of the local community through raising awareness of the services available in the area and inviting the community to take part in and provide activities/services within the schemes.

6. To provide the appropriate support to enable tenants to remain living independently in their homes for as long as possible.

7. To reduce admissions to hospital through regular contact and identification of extra support needs.

8. To empower tenants to have a direct say in the way that their homes and services are managed and to play an active role in the improvement and development of systems and services.
